MANILA, PHILIPPINES - Brunei Darussalam has become the 65th member of
ADB. Brunei Darussalam's membership became effective on 27 April 2006.

Brunei Darussalam has subscribed to 12,462 shares of the capital stock.
ADB's authorized capital stock is 3,522,190 shares, equivalent to US
$51.55 billion.
